Returning Damaged / Defective Items

Call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-222-3834, fax to 800-937-7177 or email whiteswan@encompassgroup.net a detailed list with item number, color, size and quantity you wish to return as well as reason to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Customer Service will supply you with shipping instructions. RMA numbers must be on the outside of each carton. White Swan Brands is not responsible for return freight.


No returns after 60 days from purchase. Customer must provide invoice number for items.

Discontinued items are not eligible for return.

All returns subject to a restocking fee. Items that need to be retagged and repackaged will incur fee. Overstock returns will be accepted at our discretion.
